Wouldn't it be great if we could burn more calories without exercising, eating less, or changing our daily routine? (If I read get off the bus a stop early' anywhere else I will scream!)

The tips below will enable us to do just that. Okay, it's not going to be a huge amount, you won't lose 5lb in a week following these, but it all adds up, and if we burn a few extra calories everyday we can have a treat at the weekend. Mine is usually a glass of wineyours could be chocolate, cake, or you could be very virtuous and just lose an extra lb or 2 over a few weeks.
